Audi Hungaria Receives Employer Branding Award

Budapest/Győr, 29 March 2017—Today AUDI HUNGARIA Zrt. has received an Employer Branding Award by PwC Hungary as the “Most popular automotive manufacturers in Hungary”. The consultant company made a survey in cooperation with the Confederation of Hungarian Employers and Industrialists. The research focused on the image of employers in the automotive industry. Nearly 13,000 people, between 16 and 26 years of age, were polled using online questionnaires.

“We are proud of this award, as it is an acknowledgement of our successful HR strategy”, Dr. Erzsébet Knáb, Member of the Board of Management for Human Resources of AUDI HUNGARIA Zrt said. “We are delighted to have been one of Hungary’s most attractive employers for years. We aim to keep this position and continue to win the best experts for our company in the future”, Dr. Erszébet Knáb added. “Attractive remuneration with several fringe benefits and diverse training opportunities make up the success factors for this.”

Currently, 11,600 people are employed at Audi Hungaria. Professional supply is ensured by the training of new generations through the proven education system of the company. Dual education and the cooperation with Széchenyi István University are important parts of Audi Hungaria’s HR strategy. Nearly 1000 trainees spend their traineeship at the company each year and 250 students are trained in 15 professions, offered by the dual education system.
