Audi Akademie Hungaria celebrates fifth anniversary

Audi Akademie Hungaria celebrates its fifth anniversary this year.Over the past 5 years, Győr-based Audi Akademie has become one of the largest in-service training institutions in Hungary. With 93 employees and over 200 external partners, the institution functions as the strategic in-service training institute of AUDI HUNGARIA MOTOR Kft. in numerous professional areas.

The comprehensive services offered by Audi Akademie Hungaria include, apart from the practical training of skilled workers, professional and non-professional trainings, IT and management trainings, translation, interpreting and foreign language education.

“Our goal is to provide premium quality, inspire our customers with all our activities and offer practice-oriented, personalised training”, said Alois Kauer, Managing Director of Audi Akademie Hungaria.

The training centre also organises and implements the training courses of the Győr site of Audi Hungaria, including the new vehicle factory. This year the institution organised approximately 4,000 training courses and seminars with 25,000 participants. Situated on 11,000 square meters, the Project and Training Centre is engaged in exemplary activities by providing efficient training focused on professional and personell skills.

“Together with our in-service training partner we contribute to maintaining the competitiveness of the Győr factory, as the strengthening and further enhancement of the proficiency and competencies of our employees is a common goal”, said Richárd Rozman, HR director of Audi Hungaria.

Established in 2007 in Győr, Audi Akademie Hungaria Kft. is an independent subsidiary of Audi Akademie GmbH. Since 2008, the company has been an accredited institution for in-service training in Hungary. Its main partners belong primarily to the vehicle industry and related areas, but it also has customers in the trade and banking sector as well as in other industries. Over the past 5 years, Audi Akademie Hungaria has continuously expanded its services. No wonder it has become one of the largest in-service training institutions in Hungary.
