For the fourth time, AUDI HUNGARIA MOTOR Kft. has been awarded the “Most Attractive Employer” title in Hungary. The market public opinion survey was conducted by the HR consulting firm Aon Hewitt and the international student-run organisation AIESEC, based on a database of 27,000 people.
“We are thrilled to receive this honour, as our company is characterised by extraordinarily dynamic growth. Indeed, in 2012 we intend to hire 400 employees with university or college degrees,” said Richárd Rozman, Audi Hungaria’s managing director for Human Resources. “We offer our employees excellent future prospects and career opportunities in a competitive environment,” continued Rozman.
In the course of the Employer Brand Survey, career starters and experienced respondents were asked to evaluate participating companies in terms of attractiveness, competitive advantages and unique features, among other things. The companies provided information about their respective HR strategy, recruitment and entry-level programmes, benefits and the opportunities they offer for professional progress. The survey evaluated 12 industrial sectors and over 240 companies in Hungary.
At the end of 2011 Audi Hungaria employed 7,322 employees. This year the company is planning to hire around 400 university and college graduates. The Company is primarily looking for highly trained young people with German language skills to work at the new vehicle manufacturing facility under construction, in engine manufacturing, in technological research, at the experimental engine development centre, in logistics, in quality assurance and at the tool plant.
Audi Hungaria places a strong emphasis on succession planning and support. Talented students are given an early opportunity to familiarise themselves with the company during the Audi Adventure internship programme or the international Trainee programme. Audi Hungaria works with Széchenyi István University and the Budapest University of Technology any Economics on several research and development topics and professional projects. The company organises professional presentations at both Universities. High level collaboration with institutions of higher education and employer attractiveness constitute an important part of the company’s long-term human resource strategy.
