Since January 2011 more than 900 new jobs have been created in the Győr company. Of these, around 200 graduate co-workers will be employed in the new automotive production plant. Most of the new employees will perform their duties in the body shop, the paint shop and in vehicle assembly, as well as in the field of quality assurance. They will be tutored to perform their future duties in the Audi Hungaria Training Centre in Győr or in Audi plants in Germany, in Ingolstadt and Neckarsulm. Employees working in the production areas come primarily from Győr itself and from within a radius of 70 kilometres of the city. Depending on the target group and the level of qualification, recruiting is also extended beyond the region.

With the extension of the plant, Audi Hungaria will take on a total on 2100 new employees by 2013. In particular, the company is looking for professionals skilled in the fields of paint and surface treatment, electronics, mechatronics, automotive engineering, metal technology and toolmaking technology, as well as quality control and logistics.
