• Exemplary programme to ensure the next generation
• Richárd Rozman, Director of Human Resources: “We provide development opportunities and competitive benefits for our interns.”
• Excellent career prospects for students
AUDI HUNGARIA MOTOR Kft has started a new internship programme under the title “Audi Adventure,” in the framework of which the company offers excellent development opportunities for its interns. With this programme Audi Hungaria sets an example in the Hungarian labour market in the recruitment of junior staff.
Richárd Rozman, Managing Director responsible for Human Resources at Audi Hungaria is committed to “Audi Adventure”: “This programme allows us to get to know outstanding students, to bind them to Audi Hungaria, and later to employ them. Therefore our aim is to provide future, potential employees with competitive salaries, and career and development opportunities even during their internship.”
An essential part of the “Audi Adventure” programme is the gradually built pay system, which is based on the performance of the candidates and the duration of their internship. In case of an internship programme at Audi Hungaria lasting several months, the performance of the candidates are evaluated quarterly. Depending on their performance, the talented candidates may also participate in non-professional trainings, such as German language courses, besides the challenging professional activities. Interns with the best performance will also get the opportunity to complete their internship at Audi sites abroad, and thus to gain international experience.
In the new internship programme approximately 350 students can gain professional experience at Audi Hungaria in the future. The company offers internship positions in all areas, as well as supports the writing of more than 100 theses. There is a particular demand for full-time students in engineering, economics and information technology courses, with knowledge of German and with at least four closed semesters.
Based on the survey carried out jointly by consulting company Aon Hewitt and international student organisation AIESEC, Audi Hungaria has been voted “Most Attractive Company” for the third time this year among those with professional experience and those only starting their career. Thanks to the plant expansion, Audi Hungaria will be taking on 1,800 new employees in the coming years, including at least 300 people with higher education degrees.
