Audi Akademie Hungaria celebrates birthday

Audi Akademie Hungaria Kft celebrates three years of its existence today. The further training institute based in Győr has built up an extensive partner network in recent years; it collaborates with more than 40 Hungarian and international clients. It offers trainings ranging from foreign language courses all the way to further trainings for managers. The Academy has a staff of 17, as well as more than 100 outside language teachers and trainers.

“Our mission is clear: the focus is on our clients, so our goal is to further develop the professional and methodological competencies at the highest level,” said Alois Kauer, Managing Director of Audi Akademie Hungaria Kft.

Audi Akademie Hungaria Kft was founded in Győr in 2007, as an independent subsidiary of Audi Akademie GmbH. The company has been an accredited further training institute in Hungary since 2008. Its main partners come from the automotive industry and its ancillary areas, but it also has clients from the commercial and banking sectors, as well as other branches of industry. The services of the Academy have grown steadily over the past three years. The institute offers courses ranging from foreign language courses to management and IT trainings to non-professional trainings. The further training institute has 17 employees, and works together with more than 100 outside trainers and consultants. In 2010, more than 34,000 language lessons were held at the Academy, with 2,000 participants. The proportion of participants in seminars has increased by 50% or so compared to 2008.

“As the Group’s flexible site, Audi Hungaria has set the strategic goal to strengthen and further develop the staff’s professional knowledge and competencies. Audi Akademie is a strategic partner for us in achieving this,” said Richárd Rozman, Director of Human Resources at AUDI HUNGARIA MOTOR Kft. “The outlook is promising regarding further cooperation, thanks to the plant expansion in Győr, among other things,” stressed Richárd Rozman.

Alois Kauer added: “We are going to offer and guarantee rich and diverse services to our clients in the coming years as well. In order to further widen our clientele base, we are going to expand our services by, for example, translation and interpreting services.”
