• Capital expenditure of HUF 120 million into the new visitor concept
• Looking into Audi Hungaria’s high-technology production processes
• Registration for factory visits on the website www.audi.hu

Even more people can get acquainted with Audi Hungaria: as of today the new visitors centre of the Győr company provides an opportunity every day for those interested to look more closely into the production process of the Audi plant in Győr. The tours of the plant held twice daily allow a glimpse into the high-technology world of engine production and vehicle manufacturing.

“Since its foundation in 1993, the company has grown into one of the biggest employers of Hungary – this is a success story that speaks for itself,” said Thomas Faustmann, Managing Director of AUDI HUNGARIA MOTOR Kft. “This visitor concept provides an ideal opportunity for us to show the unique characteristics of the Audi brand and to make the slogan ‘Progress through technology’ experienceable.”

Audi Hungaria has realised the new visitor concept with a capital expenditure of HUF 120 million. In addition to developing the visitor routes, an Audi Shop and a cafe have been integrated into the new imposing reception building. Visitors are accompanied by the visitor service centre staff, who pass on the information in the engine and vehicle plant in Hungarian, German, and English.

So far the Győr based company has attracted 4000 visitors a year. “We would like to increase this number of visitors significantly with our extended service,” said Faustmann.
